At Moonlit Botanica, every item is handcrafted in small batches with great care. Because of the nature of handmade goods — and for safety and hygiene — certain items cannot be returned. Please read our policy below.
1. Returns & Refund Eligibility
Jewelry & Art Pieces
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of these items:
✨ All jewelry and art sales are final.
Refunds or replacements are only offered if the item arrives damaged or broken.
If this happens, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage so I can help make it right.
Body Products (balms, salves, oils, inhalers, sprays)
For safety and hygiene reasons:
✨ All body products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This includes balms, salves, aromatherapy inhalers, oils, sprays, and any product that comes into contact with skin.
If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, leaking, damaged in transit), please reach out — I will gladly work with you to resolve it.
Fire Starters & Botanical Items
✨ Fire starters and herbal/botanical items are final sale, unless they arrive damaged.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please notify me within 3 days of delivery with clear photos.
I will offer one of the following at my discretion:

Shipping damage must be reported promptly so I can file appropriate claims.
3. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they have not shipped.
Once an item has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
4. Returns Due to Allergies or Sensitivities
Because ingredients are listed clearly on product pages:

5. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered, Moonlit Botanica is unable to replace or refund the package.
If your package is missing or delayed, contact me — I’m always happy to help you open a USPS search request.
6. Custom Orders
Custom and personalized items are final sale, with no refunds or returns unless the item arrives damaged.
