Processing Time
All items are handmade in small batches.
Please allow 3–10 business days for your order to be prepared and packaged.
During holidays, sales, or seasonal rushes, processing time may be extended to 10-15 business days.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Moonlit Botanica ships through USPS unless otherwise noted.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Most orders ship via:

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Weather-Sensitive Items (IMPORTANT)
Some products — especially balms, salves, and wax-based items — can soften or melt in extreme heat.
To protect your purchase:

Orders may be held briefly during severe heat waves to prevent damage in transit.

Please bring your package inside promptly once delivered.
Moonlit Botanica is not responsible for items left outside in warm weather after delivery.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an item is marked delivered by USPS, Moonlit Botanica cannot replace or refund it if it goes missing.
If your package is delayed or appears lost:

Packaging
All orders are packed with care using recyclable or reusable materials whenever possible.
Fragile or botanical pieces are cushioned to prevent damage in transit.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Moonlit Botanica is not responsible for replacement or refund if an order is shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
International Shipping
At this time, Moonlit Botanica ships only within the United States.
