1) Agreement to Terms

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our related policies (including Shipping and Refund/Returns information). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location) to place an order.

3) Products and Handmade Variations

Many Moonlit Botanica items are handmade in small batches. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, finish, and appearance are normal and are not considered defects. We may update packaging over time while keeping the product consistent.

4) Product Information + Intended Use

We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, photos, ingredients lists, and other information. However, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free.

External Use Only (where applicable): Unless clearly stated otherwise, topical products are for external use only. Avoid eyes, face, mucous membranes, and broken skin.

Essential oils & botanicals: Natural ingredients may cause sensitivity in some individuals. Patch test before full use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Not medical advice: Information on this site is for general informational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take medications, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

5) Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by errors. Orders are not guaranteed until payment is received and the order is confirmed.

6) Cancellations (4-Hour Window)

Because many items are made in small batches and may begin processing quickly, cancellations are allowed within 4 hours of purchase.

To request a cancellation, email info@moonlitbotanica.com with your order number as soon as possible. After the 4-hour window, orders cannot be canceled.

7) Shipping and Delivery

Processing times and shipping details are provided at checkout and/or in our Shipping information. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

8) No Returns / No Exchanges / No Refunds

All sales are final. Moonlit Botanica does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Exception — Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@moonlitbotanica.com and include:

• your order number

• photos of the item(s) and packaging

If confirmed, we will replace the item or otherwise resolve the issue at our discretion.

9) Promotions and Discounts

Discounts and promotions may be time-limited, may exclude certain items, and cannot be applied retroactively.

10) Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, images, logos, product names, and designs—is owned by Moonlit Botanica or used with permission and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

11) User Content (Reviews, Comments, Photos)

If you submit reviews, comments, or photos, you grant Moonlit Botanica a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and display that content for marketing and website purposes. You confirm you have the rights to what you submit.

12) Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site security, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

13) Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We make no warranties, express or implied.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonlit Botanica will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
